Hi, I’m having a Bluetooth issue as stated in the thread below and was directed here to maybe find a reset solution.

I drive a 2011 328i coupe. Just bought it a few weeks ago from a dealership. My device list is showing as empty, but my phone is connected and everything works. This is due to,I’m assuming, a previous owner having an emoji in their device name. Don’t have access to their phone so I obviously can’t re-connect and delete the device as a solution.

I’ve searched all over and can’t find a way to reset this. My iDrive doesn’t have a “profiles” screen either to delete all data. Very frustrated at this point.

I had a similar issue. BT info is stored in the Combox. You can erase all old phones with ISTA+
