Er charge pipe/synapse BOV

A friend of mine is selling this combo for 290$, is this a good price? These been on for 7months. Should I jump on this? And I have an auto, is this BOV to loud for an auto, Tial is quieter from what I heard, what do you guys think? Thanks

I have HKS and i love it so u should be fine with synapse
