F U Texas heat!
I just moved here from Southern California and this heat is horrible and its not even mid summer yet.. Does it get worse than this?!
And on top of dealing with the heat, its taking a toll on my cars peak performance! *end rant* |

Could be worse. I traded Texas heat for Atlanta's heat and humidity...

Yes, it's bad now, and yes, it will get worse. God help us all.
Also be glad that hail and tornado season is pretty much over (March - June). On the bright side, we have good 93 octane here. Better than the crap California 91

That is true, I am definitely enjoying the fruits of 93 octane! 91 is just crap. Now I just need for a tuner to make a proper tune for the F10's and i'll be completely happy with having access to 93oct.

Welcome to the area!! Yeah, the heat sucks don't it?! Yes, it will get worse. But hey, at least it's not as humid here as it is in Houston.....

Word. I wouldn't live in Houston or N.O for that very reason. The humidity is a killer. But 108 is nothing to scoff at either.

yeah dude, just came in from outside and couldn't keep my eyes open while walking, yet alone keep myself from spontaneously combusting.

It's not that bad yet; last year was worse. While temperature has been solid the last few days not everything is dead and burnt up yet. I walked around downtown Austin today at 5'ish in jeans and dress shirts... it's doable.

I did for 8 years. I actually had to buy clothes to return to an office.

I'm surprised we made it to June without a 100+ degree day. Now they won't stop until September
