Bolt on with no rubbing, although I'm at stock non-sport height. A drop was next on the list, but I went another direction with my daily.

3 owners (3rd one is me)
1 accident to the rear bumper during 1st owner ownership, air bags not deployed and i looked at the trunk OG vin is still there so it must have been quite minor.

Context on ownership:

General:
Owners 1 & 2 were both good customers of Bill Defouw Dealerships in Lafayette ID and always brought the car there for services. I bought from the dealership and they were kind enough to print out the service history done by them. The 2nd owner was said to be a local physician and always brought it in to Defouw.

Owner 1: accident happenedd during this owner, 1st year.
short ownership sold as certified pre-owned @ 37k miles

Owner 2: Long-time owner, 37k-138k miles, adult/physician-owned, always brought into the dealer for service
looks like some spark plugs, coils, and valve cover gasket were replaced under his ownership, also from the looks of it the common oil filter housing gasket was replaced no leaking

Owner 3: (myself)
-owned to be my daily driver (my drive is around 5 miles a day ahaha)
-car is fully operable and ready to drive off into the sunset haha
-CA smogged 9/20/18
-maintenance overhaul I did:

MAJOR: New OEM oil pan gakset, New OEM engine mounts, the common crankshaft sensor, New Economy Stagg Shocks, Votgland Springs, oem strut mounts, oem shock mounts, new shock bumpers, new parking brake line, new rear rotor, new ceramic brake pads, fairly new bridgestone tires (80-90% remaining)
COSMETIC: Angel Eyes V3, Aftermarket M-Tech Front Bumper, OEM (also rare/discontinued) M-tech Rear Bumper w/receipts
NEEDS ATTENTION:I may have disconnected or misaligned one of the PDC sensors so there is a error warning & only other is the headlight bulb warning is periodic due to aftermarket bulb (can switch to OEM for you), within next 10k-25k i would change idler belts and tensioners (can be worked into deal)
RUST: NO RUST ON CHASSIS. Only notable area of SURFACE RUST is the exposed rear axle carrier that is separate from the chassis.

@4g63turbo - Obviously a well-done wagon with upgrades most BMW people would want. If you are intent upon selling it, I would list it on BringATrailer. Any BMW wagon with a manual will bring all of the money on their site. My guess is at least $20k US.

I spotted a very clean low mile red e91 on a used inventory lot. The front and rear bumper covers have been resprayed, but the car looked straight.

Black interior. Super clean. Local Portland car, so no annual salt wash.

It is at Portland BMW. Ask for David P. because he will know how to find it in inventory.

That's a nice car, but I'd pull the coilovers and put it on stock wheels before you sell it. People that "stance out" their cars tend to make poor decisions when maintaining/modifying their vehicles so while you might've taken good care of the car, its a huge red flag to buyers.
