Easy way to disable angel eye dimming!
I was messing around this evening with my car. Eventually, I managed to disabling the angel eye dimming.
PWM_RL_BL_1_FKT_SL Change value to wert_01 Thats it, Enjoy! ps. this only disables the dimming of the angel eyes and increases the voltage to 9.7v, which is what they run at when the head lights are off. By modifying the nettodat the voltage can be increased even more; however, that's more complicated.

Not sure about FRM version, will have to check when I hook back up to the car. Note that I don't notice any angel eye dimming when I turn on my headlights either...?? |

All the other angel eyes with just current limiting resistors will get brighter, but life will decrease. They already have a high failure rate as it is.... |

That's correct! The early FRM doesn't have the Welcome Light feature, so the only way to get AEs or fogs or low beams as Welcome Lights is to wire it or get a harness unfortunately.
