Question A/C Blowing cool but not cold. 335i

I have a 2011 BMW E90 335i N55 and the A/C is not blowing COLD. I feel cool air but it takes a couple minutes for it to start coming in. Attached are readings from ISTA and A/C Manifold Gauges. Ambient temp around 75° but very humid.

To me those pressures seem fine, is your radiator fan working normally?

The low side is too high. Should be about 25 psi at your ambient temperature.

The high side reading is ok. Normally this indicates a weak compressor.
