Thank you Vishnu!

I am just posting to say that my V2 is working as it should. All of the hate mail will start soon, but before it does I wanted to thank Vishnu for the great product and for assisting me when I was too dumb to put it together right the first time. IMO there are a lot of posts about people having problems, so here is a post about not having any. Thanks again Shiv, Calvin and the rest of the Vishnu team.

I'm pretty sure you are not alone. People that have success with any product are minority posters to those with problems.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: have had my PROcede since March 2007 without a single problem (now in version 2, by the way).

PROcede rocks!

Mine is also trouble free!

Perhaps I should mention that it's also still in the shipping envelope in my dresser drawer.

It is nice to hear from those who are without issues.

Now, tell us how fast your car is!!! I need some inspriration to install mine.

It's normal that people talk about problems.

This said, I had no issues with v2.0.2 12-24 and v2.0.2 12-29 up to now. PROcede customers can do a lot by themselves to avoid problems ( reading installation instructions, respecting Shiv's recommondations, counting correctly, avoid breaking connectors or clips, verifying the installation, etc. ).

I have read a lot on the forum over christmas holidays, IIRC the only unknown issue at this time is sporadic idle galluping on a few cars. Not bad, really .

The acceleration is wonderful. I have been avoiding stomping on the gas and using cruise control a lot due to my no longer driving in Germany. I have a tendency to look down and be at about 120 if I don't hit cruise control. The autobahn spoiled me and after 4 years it is hard to let off the gas. Also for those of you not driving in the sunny southern regions I have found valet to be a godsend. If there is snow on the ground I turn her on and let valet kick in and then back out of the garage without worries. With PROcede there is simply too much power at the rear wheels and 50mph winds make it worse. I have found that playing it safe and driving it stock in snow works the best for me. So, if you are waiting for the summer to install there is no need; plug it in and just use the features provided to make your life easier.

It has been my experience that mentioning Shiv seems to set blood to boiling and get people upset. There is rrediculous amouts of product loyalty on these forums but it never fails that someone takes it too far by insulting another's product or presenting misinformation. I am however happy to see that we have gone almost a whole page without any flaming.

Shiv's a class A tuner, and has been working on F/I cars for a long time. The E9x folks couldn't be in better hands. His work expanding the EJ20 and EJ25 platforms for Subaru's was nothing short of incredible.

It's no wonder DINAN asked to use Vishnu's product as their own. He makes great stuff.

My 1.47 version has been rock solid since installation. I should be receiving V2soon just as the bugs are being worked out. This is great timing as I am a "set it and frget it" guy.

Same here, except that I already have my V2 and have yet to install. It's been a bit on the chilly side here lately and I don't have access to my garage for the next 6 weeks (long story).

My V1.47 has been trouble free and makes plenty of power, but in this cold reliable traction doesn't begin until 3rd gear.

I suck! I waited 3 1/2 months for the V2 and now I may wait until spring to install! Next, I'll be wearing a dress!!

I agree 100%...I love my car even more with the tune...just hope i can get all those bugs out like the galluping during cold starts and yesterday's sudden shut off of the engine during a complete stop at a red light!!!
