We have a slight problem, in that all of the hotels in Buxton which are large enough to take all of us, don't have enough rooms available for that weekend.

We'll try to sort something out as soon as Tony's back, this week.

I've now block booked 20 rooms at the Best Western Victoria Square Hotel in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

For EACH night of the Friday March 26th & Saturday March 27th, the room rate will be £70 per double room (2 sharing) B&B & £50 per person for a single B&B.

I now need definite names for both nights to pass on to the hotel please.

Never been to a "meet" ever so going for an overnight stay aswell seemed abit of a leap for me.
