Anyone near Troy, MI / Erhart BMW Bloomfield Hills

I am looking to purchase a used e46 from a private seller in Troy, MI. I don't have time to fly out there from the east coast to check the car out in person and was wondering if any of you e90posters are knowledgeable with e46 and are willing to help a member out. You will of course be compensated

. I am also having the PPI done at Erhart BMW if anyone has any feedback on them, or are located closer to this dealership you can meet the car there. Thanks!

I have no knowledge on E46 cars, but I live close buy and have used Erhard. They are probably the biggest BMW dealership in SE Michigan. They have a very good facility and from when I used them them (some maintenance work and a pre-track event inspection) they were very good for me. Good luck with the sale.

I live really close to Troy (within 5 mins). My friend owns a dealership in the city, where he has a body shop that can review the vehicle for repaint, etc....

Shoot me the information, and I'll see if I can take a look at it.

I also recommend Erhard BMW. My SA is a really good guy.

Service department at Erhard is great these days; much improved for me anyways. Ask for Chen or Mike, if they says it checks out I'd have no problem closing the deal without seeing the car
