Is this Good Deal on 08 E90?

I am almost at the end of my 335i lease... 1 more payment of $380 and I still have 1500miles left, so i will not go over. I know I need 2 rear tires and the car has been on moderate accident this summer, so im thiking maybe try to see if they will deal on remaining 08.

I try to negotiate on the one they have on the lot...

2008 E90,
Non Metallic,
ZSP,
Automatic,
Paddle,
Ipod/USB.

MSRP $43700 and Invoice is $40335.

Yesterday my CA said $42900 out the door, they will get me out of my lease and I can drive out the 08...

This morning Manager called me the best they can do is $41900... I still told them I will take it at $41000...

This afternoon CA told me he can sell for $41000 but I have to buy 2 tires... at this point looks like $41500 they will do it out the door, for me to avoid all hassle of getting 2 rft... since tax here is 6%...

based on $41500 out the door price... it is around 1700 under invoice + tax (also I factor in the 2 tires for $500)... no more other fee...

This is good deal???

I take day off from work tomorrow because its end of month and i believe everyone wants to deal... I will also want to see and test drive the 09 A4 to make sure I will not regret getting another 335... or remaining 08 C350 Sport for very good deal...

well is the one on the lot equipped the way you like? if not then its not worth it. when buying at this level you cant just "take what they got"

almost... only thing i could wish is Comfort Access but only way to get it is if I order 09 which will cost me around $46k out the door at around $800 over invoice... I will wait until tomorrow hoping they will drop it 1 more time... if not... i may take it for $41.5k out the door before someone pick it up..

There are good deals on 2008 like the financing offer 0.9 and and free automatic transmission option which should cut the price by 1270 or odd
