ISTA-P link and ICOM cable questions

I looked through many forum posts and have come to the conclusion that in order to download ista-p it needs to be sent via pm. Can anyone send me a link? Also where can i buy an "icom" because i have a k+dcan and apparently it is sketchy to use it with ista-p.

Most of the downloads come from the mega server
or other places like that.(like dropbox)
Coding boards mostly provide you with links to it.
And they are usually compressed and must be unzipped.
When you pm someone they just send you a link.
Try bimmergeeks.net downloads.

Most k/d can cables are fine for diagnostics for programming maybe not.
