Got quoted for my shadowline trim

I went to German Motoring and asked them how much would it be to install the vinyl on he window trim. And they told me $425

are they insane or am I the insane one? They said to do it right its 2.5 hours per side totaling in a 5 hour job. I think there f******* nuts.

Yea he's crazy I laughed in his face. I know of kuafs because everyone here says it's good , I just don't know how far it is from where I'm at.

Drive up to Boca Raton Superior Tint will do it $60-$80 bucks!!! its a hella clean job!!

As long as you say the place is legit because it's really not that easy to make it come out clean and right.

A really good friend of mine has a body shop and I asked him to do it for and he said he wouldn't because the job wouldn't be 100 percent. Even if he sands it buffs it primers it and gives it a couple of Coats , since it's chrome it could eventually chip or just not look right. Btw chrome is a ereversable.

That price is crazy

For the oem parts shadow trim (Black) +/- $800

My cousin did mine and it come out really good

I purchased the 3M Tape in ebay

I have mine already and I got it for 28 dollars shipped. Matte black and ofcourse enough to cover both sides I've just had it in my room for about a month now. Don't know where to take it. I know people here say kauffs is good but that's a damn hike.

I just did mine a few days ago, came out pretty decent. Much better then the chrome, i used the roll from shadowlinetrim.com, took me a few hours
