well we must have the shadow trim roll in order to do that, we should swing by that other place on bird. It might come out cheaper.

My bad i read this a little late. But I swung by some places, found out about tail lights. papoose I found out bwhere they would smoke them witb vinyl, is $100. And thw shadow trim I will call him bc he bonly works Monday to Thursday.

vinyl is def. the way to go. I got a qoute from a dealer in Houston that said the shadowline trim for each side is $500, and that it would be $500 to install...

Even if he sands it buffs it primers it and gives it a couple of Coats , since it's chrome it could eventually chip or just not look right. Btw chrome is a ereversable.

it's probably because there's a lot of work to be done on such a small area that your friend doesn't want to bother with it.....but it's been about half a year and my painted window trim has been nothing but BLACK!
