The F30 pad has a much larger surface area than the E90 335i pad. Last edited by HP Autosport; 03-06-2012 at 02:25 PM.. |

How much do the brakes in Harold's first post:
resemble these: Are the second image 6 piston? The image is taken from this thread, which features the E90 M3 Evo: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=528176

Pretty sure that's a six-piston caliper, not 4-piston like these...

Due to pad overrun we will have custom brake pads made before proceeding with more testing.

In this case i didn't get why you don't want to use new 370mm rotors if fitment is not an issue of course. These rotors cost slightly more than 35is rotors and the cost of this upgrade will be more than 1k cheaper than brembo. With custom pads this kit will lose some of it's oem attractiveness. Just my opinion.

Looks like your kit is already listed on your site. Any pictures of these powdercoated? Is it possible to ship them the way they are and have someone else powdercoat them the color that we want? Either way this looks to be promising over the $2500-3,000.00 big brake kits. Last edited by Wes335XI; 03-10-2012 at 11:30 AM.. |

370mm rotor, at this time, is dealer only, but that is another R&D altogether. We already knew it wasn't going to be straight retrofit from the start. The more custom parts we make the more this kit will cost. Quote:
