BMW E92 Dipped beam failure

I was driving my 06 E92 335i last night and suddenly I get an error message on iDrive that says "Left dipped beam failure".

The low beam no longer works on the left side.

Anyone know what the issue is?

replace bulbs should just be bulbs went out, you can swap them between right and left to see if it actually is th bulbs. If not its ballast, if that doesn't fix it it's the wiring. but I doubt it. just swap bulbs from the other side and see if it lights up, if it does just order new bulbs and you're done. replace both sides at the same time
