Grey Hound can be an option, but I would recommend packing it really well and protecting the corners. Plus get insurance just in case you need to file a claim. Also don't forget to take videos and pictures prior to packaging the bumper to show proof of it's condition. Good luck!

I used Greyhound to ship one from Virginia to Texas. I cut up a lot of cardboard and wrapped it around the bumper then used shrink wrap and tape and it was good to go. Pretty reasonable too. Around 80 bucks with some coupons/promos on the greyhound website.

It's a pain honestly, you need a surprisingly large box. If the buyer is will to pay for ALL shipping expenses go for it. As said above take plenty of pictures and protect the crap out of it etc.

I bought a front bumper from a vendor and they shipped it with Greyhound. As said previously, bubblewrap and then wrap with torn down boxes work well. The receiver will need to pick up at the closest Greyhound Station.

Thanks for the tips guys. I was more wondering how to pack the damn thing. I could get a bunch of boxes from work and patch them up. i was also thinking of a smaller refrigerator box but I doubt buyers would pay to ship that. As for Greyhound, I'm real weary because they're not a shipping company and most likely don't a tracking system and isn't secure. I'm not covering shipping so i'll ship however the buyer wants. |

I just shipped a 335 rear bumper. Wrapped in saran wrap then taped cardboard and bubble wrap over. Took 2 people 100-15 mins. We used greyhound.
It all depends on the part. If its a desirable piece and its the right paint for someone/good shape. It can be worth it over finding a use/repainting or fixing one. |
