Stevens Creek BMW SUCKS!!!!
The worst dealer, do not go here, unless of course you enjoy being lied to, verbally and physically abused, wait around forever, only to get your car back, with the work they needed to do, not done.
Kevin Gaither and Sandy Skees, you both are the worst customer service reps I've met in my life! Depsite having an oil change done on warranty, the oil light came back on within 50 miles of my oil change. I was told to come back in, get another oil change... WTF?! They don't value your time, and they are very RUDE! I know that my M3 could have problems at any time, and it will be expensive to fix. This is why I spent $6 on the extended warranty. I also know that it is up to the service manager as to whether they will honor certain warranty items, so that is why after my bad, actually terrible experience I sold my M3. I want to know that they are there for me if I need them, and they proved to me that the only thing they care about is money, and since I was prepaid, I wasn't valuable to them. I grew up in a BMW family, but I will not own another one for as long as live thanks to the crappy service from Stevens Creek BMW. When I called to talk to the "manager" not only did he decide to return my calls for several days, but he decided that his employee pushing me, swearing at me, and generally being an a$$ was ok, and that I was in the wrong. Give me an f-ing break. btw... I bought my extended warranty from Fremont BMW, and had a good experience there, and I have heard good things about Sonnen, which is where the car was originally purchased. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere to get your car worked on by professionals, that actually care about you, and your car.

I have to agree with u there, Stevens Creek bmw sucks and there staff is unknowledgeable. I brought my car in for the battery recall, they told me 2 hrs and they would call me back, 2hrs pass no response tried calling back and they told me that they would call me when I'm ready (lady on the one gave me some attitude), wait about 2 more hours and went directly to the reps, to get my car back. It took them almost 4hrs to get one battery cable fixed and there wasn't that many people schedule. Worst dealership in San Jose for sure.

My experience with Stevens Creek BMW has been nothing but pleasant, but then again it's based on who you are interacting with.
My service advisors have always been helpful as well as understanding to my needs. Im sorry you had a bad experience, hopefully you'll be able to forgive the one instance and come back to owning a BMW. |

I was 60 miles over on my, just about to expire, warranty, and they wouldn't even comp me my oil change. That was shit since I couldn't get outta work during the week to drive down and get my service done. I feel your pain!

my dad used to bring his old 7 series in for service all the time so hes pretty well known around the service department. Whenever I take my car in they usually ask how my dad is and they recognize me, however i do notice that they forget to call customers back A LOT and they are pretty much useless to speak with over the phone. The only assistance I ever get is when Im there in person.
Side note: Evan from their dent and wheel repair dept is a good guy. One of my aftermarket wheels got curbed brutally and he was able to fix it and match the color (gunmetal) perfectly. He even gave me a lifetime warranty on the wheel if anything in the future happens to it. Hes a cool down to earth guy that i recommend for anyone in the area who needs curb rash or dent work. Mind that he is pretty expensive

Thanks for the review for Stevens Creek. I was going to go there but looks like it won't be any better than BMW of Fremont. I guess the dealerships in the Bay just suck.

Did you put this on dealerrater? I know it might sound lame to put a rant on a website but dam that website gets things done! Had a bad experience and ranted on there about what happen, got a call from dealership GM next day with apologies and to personally help me pick a car with discount etc. Put all those names you stated here on that website as well so others know who you dealt with and it may actually escalate pretty far without you having to do much.
I usually check on there before visiting a BMW dealer. Sucks about your experience, I would totally lose it and run someone over

The service and dealerships in general will prevent me from buying another one...and Im still under full warranty. Sad that my Honda dealership had better service than the BMW dealer....

My purchase experience was great here either, let's just say I ended up buying my car at another dealer. All I kept hearing was lies from my Salesman and his Sales Manager.
