2011 335i, how many o2 sensors??

does anyone know how many o2 sensors are actually on this thing? i went on rockauto to order new ones since its at almost 100k miles and my mechanic suggested i get them replaced when i replace the downpipe and exhaust, but i cant figure it out...everything im seeing says...downstream or upstream...i know the downpipe has 2 slots for 2 o2 sensors...but are these the only ones? thanks in advance!
