Water in AirBox

Hi guys me again with another problem

today i cleaned my MAF sensor and when i opened the air box i found water inside and as well inside i've seen that for long time but i tought is oil but isn't
i left some pictures
the car is running ok

Have you got grille 'scoops' fitted??
