2010 BMW 335d sedan in Space Gray Metallic - tuned - IL
For sale is a 2010 BMW 335d sedan in Space Gray Metallic with black leather interior. The car has 245k miles on the odometer. This example is generously equipped with the Sports Package, Premium Package, Navigation system, fold-down rear seats, and shadowline (gloss black) exterior trim. This is an inline 6 cylinder turbo diesel engine (3.0L) rated at 265 hp and 425 lb-ft stock. This example has a software tune and performance catalytic converter installed that raises power output beyond stock. Power is delivered to the rear wheels (RWD) via 6-speed automatic transmission. Exceptional features include: Xenon adaptive headlights, comfort access keyless entry, heated front seats, factory Harman Kardon sound system, and power glass moonroof. This car provides a fantastic driving experience with great steering feedback (thanks to the hydraulic steering rack and legendary BMW driving dynamics), a smooth and effortless power delivery, and a solid sense of traction.. feeling glued to the road. Highway driving is a breeze and passing power is always available. The buyer can choose between two sets of wheels/tires: currently pictured is the winter tire package w/ Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 225/45-17 tires (new as of December 2023) mounted on 17x7.5 Sport Edition wheels in black or the 3-season “Summer” tires (Continental ExtremeContact Sport 265/35-18 rear, 235/40-18 front) on Sportline 8S Silver wheels (18x9.5 rear, 18x8.5 front). I can include both sets of wheels for an additional $1,000. This car is imperfect and priced fairly for mileage and condition. It is a strong running car and could also use some TLC. I can work with prospective buyer on a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) if desired. The car is located in Peoria, IL (61615) if you would like to check it out. No trades and no scams, payment to be made in cash or pre-approved money order/cashiers check. Car is sold as-is, where-is. VIN = WBAPN7C57AA266723. Maintenance and condition listed below: The Good: Sports package (ZSP) - 3-spoke Sport steering wheel - Sport front seats - Sport suspension - Shadowline exterior trim Premium package (ZPP) - Heated Leather Power Seats - Universal Garage Door opener - BMW Assist - Bluetooth Connectivity for Hands-Free calling Navigation system with iDrive Split Folding rear seats Runs strong 2 keys + original owners manual Garage kept Illinois Title in hand Oil, coolant, and power steering levels are stable Mods: 35% window tint (sides and rear) Aftermarket wheels (buyers choice on which set) - 17x7.5 Sport Edition wheels in black (winter setup) - Sportline 8S wheels in silver (18x9.5 rear, 18x8.5 front) – summer setup High flow cat (buzzken brand) installed at 162k miles Swirl flap delete AArod eco race pipe (EGR delete) Stage 2.5 JR Tune Weathertek rubber floormats included in addition to stock carpet floormats Recent Maintenance: 2023: Rear brake rotors and pads, brake fluid flush, coolant flush and fill, four wheel alignment, water pump and coolant flange replaced. 2022: Glow plug module replaced 2021: Alternator and battery, front passenger interior door pull replaced, air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter 2018: Vacuum lines and motor mounts replaced. Fuel Injectors removed, tested, and cleaned. FRM (footwell module) replaced. 2017: Harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley) and belts replaced 2016: Mass airflow sensor replaced, Transmission fluid and filter replaced, rear differential fluid replaced, carbon clean, rear shock mounts replaced. Regular oil and fuel filter changes Current on recalls: airbag, positive battery cable, blower motor wiring The Bad: This is a lemon/buyback vehicle. BMWNA repurchased from the previous owner in 2012. Engine code and Service Engine Soon light for "Throttle-valve actuator" (43D1 and 43E2 on the Foxwell). This may be the sensor gone bad? Car drives fine. Misc fluid line “weeping” under hood (oil and/or power steering) Small fuel leak (rear passenger side) if tank is topped off. I stop at 15 gallons. Windshield cracks in multiple locations Underpanel delete Some visible/black exhaust present at full throttle (aftermarket cat; may not pass emissions testing in some areas) Small dents and paint marks typical for age and mileage Visible dents near rear passenger taillight and front driver side fender Clearcoat peel visible on front bumper/fascia Could use a claybar and wax to really bring out the clear coat shine Front fascia plastic “grills” are broken more photos: View post on imgur.com |
