SS/TT Install Help! Please!

I am failing miserably at instalilng the SS/TT. I've tried a penny, two dimes, and a tiny screw driver to lift the PITA tab. I can't seem to figure out how to lift the tab and pull the sensor out at the same time either. Luckily, only the penny and two dimes fell in my engine bay.

I'm really looking for any type of advice or "success stories." Basically a... "this is how i did it:" type of thing. I'm really bad at handling tasks such as this. One of my coworkers tells me that I'm "like a bull in a china shop" when it comes to these kind of things; just to give you an idea.

Any help is appreciated! I can't wait to get this thing installed... even if it takes all weekend!

I've read numerous threads... I'm looking for "unique" solutions. I've tried numerous ways that are described in multiple threads!

I'm looking for more hints or tricks to get the job done...

You can tie the little screwdiver to your wrist.
I put mine back in this morning. I can wedge both hands down there. I use my thumb nail of my right hand. I also kind of push the wiring down as I am jiggling it. It can be a bitch until you figure it out.

Got it installed. Two hand job... one hand to pull on the wire and one hand with a small screw driver to lift the tab (tied to wrist). I definitely can feel and like the extra boost!

Sorry we were all at the SEMA show or I would ahve chimed in here earlier. Thanks everyone for the ideas and congrats on getting it in! Sorry you had difficulty. I have done so many of them now, more than 200 that it is kinda second nature for me now. And my finger nail is nicely thick on that finger so it is a 20 second job now. Enjoy!!

P.S. We won best engineered new product by the international press corp for the Turbo Tuner!! Also we had visits from several BMW hot shots who all say they have it and love it!

BMW has been using the same type of clips on all their connections for as long as I can remember. Fingernail works for me once you get the hang of it. Kind of get a "muscle memory" for it and it comes in handy when working with just your hands in a place you cant see.
