advice for starting tuning on a 2014 435i

I hope it's ok to start a new thread. The n54 section has a "check out my logs" megathread but I can't find one here...

I'm getting CP/DP/IC upgrades soon on a 435i and have been playing with MHD/XHP in prep. Grabbed some logs of stock and stage1 (i know i know risky with oem CP).

See some cyl timing corrections and wonder if that is a concern.

car has done 60k kms (that's 37k in freedom units!), and recently had new plugs as part of a general service.

How do things look? Sorry about the stage1 pulls I'm interstate and don't know a good 3rd gear spot to try so pushed 2 to a little in 3rd. Just threw it in for comparison really against the stock tune.

Anything I should be concerned about before applying a stage2 then 2+ after the parts upgrades? Any recommended approach to assessing these OTS maps?
