Offsets for E93?

Yo pals,
will this offset fit my E93 335i cab end 2007 ? according to HRE it will.

Front 19/8.5 offset 28

Rear 19/10 offset 24


Will this rub my fenders? i do not want to roll them if possible.

Looks like it gonna rub. I you dont want to rub, get offset higher than 30.

I've read about about people with 265/30/19 on et 30 getting minor rub with the e92, so I really think et 24 will rub.
