JR 2.5Race vs 2.8Race

After many years of owning my D, I decided it's time to do the ABCDelete and JR tune.

I am not sure which tune I want, can anyone tell me their experience between a JR 2.5Race and JR 2.8Race?

I choose JR for a few reasons which are not even based on comparison with any other tunes. So please only JR experience: is there much of a difference between these two tunes, where exactly do you see it/feel it, and any significant difference in 1/4 mile times?

Thanks

The major difference for me is that 2.8 doesn't smoke as much. If you get an ATM intake, even under full fueling and high rpms there's very little smoke.

Do the 2.8 IMO. Upgrade cost from 2.5 is reasonable. Original purchase is taken into consideration. Butt Dyno - definite improvement overall from 2.5. Don't have a 1/4 time to report. MPG is comparable. No more haze with poor mans CAI courtesy of DWR. (Another HUGE modification founder and contributor banned from this forum)
