Don’t know about P-zero. I have Bridgestone RE-71R 255/275 on 18” wheels and rub going over bumps. Gotta get coilovers now so I can adjust ride height.

Will that setup fit? Yes. Would I recommend it? No. Your wheels aren't wide enough. For an 8.5/9.5 setup I would recommend 235/275. If you want to run a 255/285 (or even 295), I would recommend atleast a 9/10 setup. Ideally a 9/10.5 setup.
