BMS DCI no change ?

I installed my BMS DCI yesterday on my E90 and there is no difference in sound, you can barelly hear the turbos spool ... any guess?

I can hear the turbos after my DCI install. It's not overwhelmingly loud, and usually have to go over 3k rpms to hear it. Do you have an auto or manual?

I didnt notice mine until a few weeks later, I was disappointed at first as well. But now they sound great!

In my experience, you really won't hear the turbos that much more with a DCI until you start cranking up the boost!! Between running 8-12lbs regularly and the vent in my hood that sits directly above my AFE dual cone, that's all I can here is my turbos!!!! :0)

The DCI is not a noise maker You should be able to hear it, especially with the windows down but its definitely not in your face kind of sound.

who cares about sound...have you noticed anything on your butt dyno? From all the research I've done, it looks like only a tuned car benefits from DCI.

From what iw as reading it is supposed to be the loudest intake but i still dont hear much, whats weird i had a VW Gti before single turbo and after an intake you hear the turbo so loud and the Woosh also and now i have twin turbo and it makes no sound :-( I was thinking of remving the carpet underneath the hood ....
