New Car Detail- the last bits needed..

I just ordered £75 of gtechniq- I've never done polishing with a machine before, and don't plan on starting with my new baby.... So planning to skip the polish stage

I got:
G-Wash (250ml)
C5 Wheel Armour (15ml)
C6 Matte Dash (100ml)
G1 ClearVision (15ml)
G4 ClearVision (100ml)
MF1 Micro-fibre towels (x10)
MF2 Zero Scratch Microfibre Drying Towel

I already have:
AutoGlym high Definition Wax
Tuf Shine Tire Dressing Kit

Still missing from my detail:
Wash mitt
Clay bar / lube
70% IPA + spray bottle
A large undercover place to detail.... Any suggestions?

Any thoughts on my detailing line up? Would love to have some advice from you guys / gals

You can still polish by hand.

Yep, lake country makes hand polishing pads. My first time machine polishing was on a BMW but I read some guides and watched some videos first.

Sheepskin is good for wash mitts. ONR is good for clay lube+many other uses. Any clay will be fine; however, if you aren't going to be polishing, you want to buy the finer grades to avoid marring. Also, for the shady spot, you can buy one of those tents/canopies (probably want around 12x12ft)

thanks guys.

the car is 14.1ft x 5.7ft. Will a 9.8ft x 19.7ft working area be sufficient for claying / applying sealant?

Looks good. Just make sure you find out how easy/tough it is to setup by one person. Some canopies need an extra pair of hands to throw up.
