FS: 6MT N54 E93: FBO + Pure 600s

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 15,000.00

Item Interest
Hi all,

LINK TO PHOTO + VIDEO LIBRARY: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0RWf...hMc-XfldpYkfdg

Looking to start the sale process for my 2008 E93 335i. Titanium Silver, Coral Red Interior, Sport + Premium Package, Manual Transmission.

94,300 miles and in really great shape. Two previous owners before me, both older gentlemen who kept the car completely stock, picked the car up about two years ago at 85,000 miles. Car gets < 20 miles weekly at the moment, don't expect it to get past 96,000 miles (might have to drive to SoCal to get parts installed, see extras below) Selling because I can only have one vehicle and I'd prefer to ride my motorcycle.

LOCATED IN SF BAY AREA

Upgrades:
** INSTALLED LESS THAN 1000 MILES AGO BY PERFORMANCE DYNAMIC **
- Pure 600 Turbos
- Spec Stage 2+ Clutch + Flywheel
- VRSF Catless DPs
- RB Inlets
- Vargas Aluminum Outlets
- CSF Race Intercooler
** Installed around 85000 Miles *
- BMS DCI
- BMS Charge Pipe + Tial BoV
- FLOW ONE Race Spec F2 Wheels
**Parts about to be installed**
- M-sport conversion
- DD-style quad rear carbon diffuser (BMDI9221 for reference)
- Remus Race Quad exhaust w/ slash cut tips

Maintenance:
- Previous owners did Water Pump + TStat + OFHG + Oil Cooler Gasket
- New throttle body, walnut blast @ 90000-ish miles
- Serpentine belt and pulleys @ 90000 miles
- New VANOS solenoids @ 89000 miles
- Oil + Plugs done every 3k miles, currently running NGK one-step-colder
- New coils @ 90k
- New brake pads @ 91000 miles
- Reinstalled weather sealing around windows and windshield, fresh rubber
- Convertible op gaskets and seals maintained every three months with Gummi pflege and silicon

The Good:
+ No leaks at all, car is tight.
+ You're not getting an abused car, despite the upgrades, I've been running a Wedge tuning base map (still haven't even sent in logs yet) that is extremely conservative, maybe 400 WHP, if that.
+ You're basically set to turn this thing into a monster. Get an LSD and some fueling upgrades and you'll have some fun on your hands.
+ Interior and exterior is in incredible shape. Garage kept for the entirety of the car's life.
+ There isn't a damn thing you're going to need to mess around with. No chasing codes, no limp mode.

The Bad:
- Only one key
- Small dent above driver side rear fender (it's a line, not an actual dent, see video)
- Little bit of vibration from a slightly warped front right brake rotor @ 85+ MPH
- Mixed injectors, some index 11, but all above index 6
- Some paint correction needed on the front end (see extras regarding this)
- Currently catless, (registered in Washington, no emissions) with a muffler delete. It's obnoxiously loud.
- Won't pass CA smog, but can include the original catted downpipes and drop the price to cover their installation
- My friend curbed the front right wheel.

Extra:
- I ordered a full mtech conversion kit + a Remus quad (with slash cut tips) exhaust and a duke-dynamics style carbon rear diffuser from **********s. The m-tech rear bumpers are backordered, but I can transfer these mods to you if you're willing to wait. PM me for more details about this, can explain further. But depending on the length of time this ad is on, there might be a chance these things will be on the car at time of sale, or will need to be installed (parts + labor are already paid for, would come at no cost to you other than driving to SoCal to get them installed)

Asking 15K OBO, expecting to get talked down a bit -- just please don't insult me or yourself with outrageous lowballs, though

BUMP + UPDATE:

M-sport front bumper and Remus Race Quad exhaust will be getting installed the week after next (trimmed stock rear bumper). Have confirmed I can transfer the m-tech rear bumper + diffuser + install (at no cost to you). Updated photos coming soon!

Still can get the old cats to include in the sale as well as drop the price to cover an install, alternatively can also continue to seek out a place to have a cert on hand for when the sale occurs. Lmk if either of those options work for you!

Can I ask with all that money recently invested why are you selling now?

I live on campus and I'm only allowed to have one vehicle -- my plug for my extra parking pass is graduating this year and I'd rather have my motorcycle, to be honest. I don't get the chance to drive it enough and, even if I was to throw an aggressive tune on it, it's just not as fun as a bike

Money will likely get reinvested into a truck once I'm done here so I can trailer my stuff to the track.
