According to Stoptech, P14kle is correct. This is the way I'll be mounting mine

The internal cooling vanes are straight on mine, also mine are not Stoptech. See attached:

Replaced the old scuffed and split side skirt as this was really bugging me. Found a mint condition skirt in the same colour for only £20, so drove about an hour to pick it up. Before and after:
Also fitted new drive belt as it was making a racket and some new gas struts on the boot/trunk as they felt a bit tired! |

Finally ordered some new wheels today, not to everyone's taste but I think they will look pretty damn good once lowered. Rotiform WGR 19x8.5/9.5.
Also binned off the M-Tech spoiler and got a gloss black lip spoiler instead. More updates to follow! |

5 spoke is the way to go. Same staggered set up I've got on my LCI. Easy to clean and looks like it's rolling backwards at certain speeds. Great choice. Can't wait to see how they look.

19x8.5 fronts ET35 19x9.5 rears ET35 She's on Bilstein B4s shocks and Eibach Pro kit springs. I hear the Pre LCI can take lower offsets especially in the rear. |

Yes the pre LCI is has 8mm more clearance on the rear due to a narrower track than the LCI |

Will be purchasing the tyres in the next couple of weeks, but I did have a little test fit of the Rotiforms this weekend, very happy with them, will definitely be spacing the rear 15mm to ET25. Fronts seem pretty flush as they are.
Next up will be the suspension, been looking at the H&R cup kits. We don't get the 'touring' cup kit here in the UK, but there is a 'sport' version, which I think runs the H&R race springs?! If anyone has more info or experience with these Cup kits I'd like to hear from you! Anyway here's some pics, excuse the dirty car |
