Car is looking good fella I have bought the performance diffuser also and may buy the f10 gearing and gator as I don't really like the design of the original that are in these cars

Sadly i'll be putting the car up for sale very shortly. I've already advertised some parts from it in the UK Classifieds section... It's a great car and now that I've done a few things to it it's pretty perfect but the problem is it just doesn't get used enough. It's one of 4 BMWs i currently own, and sadly something has to give... |

E91 LCI 325d Saphire
So E92 went to a very nice bloke from south west and I have now bought an e91 as a replacement. Have to say that I love it already
Its an M-Sport LCI m57t2 auto in Saphire black and oyster Dakota, with pedals, pro cic, heated seats, dynamic xenons and electric folding mirrors. I'll let the pics do the talking... Small update,
My plate is now on Oyster/walnut is no more, I managed to source saddle brown leather, bamboo trim set and split armrest all in lovely condition and considering how rare they both are I'm over the moon! Mv3s have been sold to make way for a set of 313s that I just refurbished in chrome powdercoat complete with new OEM badges and caps wrapped in 265/30/19 and 235/35/19 Michelin PS2 tyres, non run flat off course. Windows got tinted last Thursday by Nick @ Essex Auto Tints in Billericay to be as close as possible to OEM privacy glass, I went with 35% film ... Roof rails got replaced with the shorter type. I also spent a few £££ at BMW and got a gearbox service kit, set of velour mats, performance grilles, performance rear diffuser, 4x shadow line door trims, pair of side repeaters and an M3 steering wheel trim. My last wagon was an e46 330d 6MT and as nice as it was i still prefer this car as an auto. Auto boxes in BMWs before e90 were all 4 and 5 speed and had quite pimitive management but the the zf hp6 thats in this car is superb I find. I felt like the 1st gear in the e46 was useless due to it being so short and it took quite a bit of effort to drive the car smoothly on day to day basis where now i can just relax |

Looks great with the newer roof rails!
how many miles is on it? can i be cheeky and ask how much the gearbox kit was from BMW? looking to do it my self. i have a E91 as you, same colour, very similar wheels but in 18s, mine had the chrome trim. have to look twice at your pictures! i like the chrome sides at times, but think the black grills look better.... but would look wrong if i kept the chrome sides soon...... i totally agree with what you say on the auto boxes, i couldn't be happier! cheers |

Only after I bought it, I realised that you can get a genuine zf service kit from euro car parts for about 200 wich is exactly the same as the one I got from BMW But unlike the bmw kit, it also comes with new sump bolts and one extra seal. Would have bought the euro car parts one if I'd known |
