As much as people rag on EAG, they sell their inventory and they have great examples, period. I've never purchased from them, but I hear good things about the buying process. I find myself looking at their lineup quite often.

I don't like to shit on EAG that's just their business model of selling as close to perfection as possible.. but I can't even begin to comprehend why anyone would pay this much for an e91 that doesn't have an N54 or an M57

Right before the pandemic, I had my car's wheels repainted, and I'm picking it up tomorrow after having the front bumper resprayed (I had scraped it a couple of times and with some touch-up paint it really wasn't all that noticeable except I knew that it was there.) These prices make me feel that I'm not completely nuts (but of course I am!)

If you need a station wagon, how much is it worth not to drive a Subaru?

For what its worth, you can have the springs off my car in a couple months when I do the suspension. Why a couple months? I'm stuck out at sea on the ship I work on. Should be home around the first of October.... Will be putting the Bilstein B12 kit on the car... Stock suspension will get tossed, so its yours if you want it.

I would NEVER buy a car from Vermont ever again. My last e91 that was shipped from Vermont (South Burlington) was the rustiest POS ever. It was an pre-LCI 06 though, but still. OMG.

That being said, that LCI example shown looks very nice.

Agree not worth it. Too bad the majority of these seem to be from the northeast. Here in the PNW they’re mostly Subarus.

Having gone to college at UVM nearly 30 years ago I would definitely agree. I had a then new MKII GTI 16V. After the first winter, I was back in NJ, and the tail pipes fell of my exhaust! Had to get a new one, it did sound pretty cool until I did though

For good measure recently it was also listed with the car being located in SoCal. Just curious what their game is?

Asking the seller instead of speculating would be best, but I'll play anyways lol. seller is probably trying to list the car in major west coast cities for more exposure since craigslist listings are local listings. Meaning if you only search in your local area and you're not in that city or a nearby city, you may not see the listing. Hence if you list the car is multiple cities you hope to get more interested eyes.

Possibly.....car has a history of being listed on and off for many months....a member here had a friend who looked at it & walked away. The photos don’t even show the exterior of the car. With that spec. anything decent and it would have sold.

Very very possible as well! At the same time I've seen some extremes in the past where if the bumper was not lined up or some other cosmetic issue, buyers would pass too. Keep in mind we're talking about a 10 year ~ old 3 series that's generally in the sub $15k price range. Majority are sub $10k. Like all things in life, take it with a grain of salt!
