Fm frequencies and getting them working

Hey so I know this has been discussed in vast variety but I just can’t find the answer
I have e91 2006 335i
Now I have been around in circles trying to programme my radio frequency to nz standard which I now have on display but now i still on get signal on the 85-90 frequencies
Now I have followed some old coding procedure of the ncs expert on BimmerCode but it doesn’t appear to change the diversity antenna to receive these signals any help?
