I don't know if any other vendor would go to that length to ensure a good experience. I have no affiliation with SPP, but I've ordered from them twice and both times it was a good experience. Never an issue with communication, paperwork, shipping etc even though it's international for them.

Funny thing is that you are irritated about the process you had to go through.

I had one time where someone PMed me about shocks, ask me a bunch of questions and said they were gonna buy it. Postponed a few times, made me pass on some offers and never heard from again.

Talk about irritating.
