New VMR VB3 Wheels

Just put my new 18" gunmetal VB3 on my jet black 328xi. Thanks to Don at VMR for giving me a great deal on the VB3+DWS package. The specs are as follows:
18x8.5 et35 square
Conti DWS 235/40/18

Enjoy:

18's look small imo. But very beautiful none the less. You could use some spaceerss.

cant believe no one has said this needs to be dropped lol...this is a worse look than stock imo. instead of getting it dropped looks like he got a lift kit.

it's a damn shame the xi's sit so high stock.
These wheels look great though, would be much better if it was a little lower.

Drop + spacers = WIN. Looks good though. +1 for running a lot of sidewall.

I have an XI, and prior to dropping it. It feels like you're getting into a friggin truck. You have to admit that.

Honestly, spacers and a drop and they would look great.

just throw a 5mm spacer up front and a 15 in the rear and itll look much much better. i have the same wheels in hyperblack with et30/25 on my xdrive with no drop and it looks fine to me:

^^ this! Cool thing about running spacers on a square setup is you're able to sit flush in the rear and still rotate your tires! Rotating your tires will even out your tread wear and essentially save you from buying new tires.

I'm not arguing looks. But, not everyone wants to scrape their bumpers and feel every rock on the road. Just saying....it's his car and it looks nice.

Congrats but you definitely should have went with 19's and a staggered set up. I would get some spacers asap to widen the rear.

To each his own, right? I like the 18's just fine. Actually, I may pick a similar combo up soon. The spacers and some drop will drastically change the look though.
