My stock 2011 335i Intercooler keeps falling off my car when just regularly driving. Last week one side of my Intercooler disconnect and then yesterday I was driving and the car wouldn't go into boost and the other side of the Intercooler fell off/ disconnected. Has anyone had this problem? I'm thinking about putting a hose clamp on it.
(I know the C-clamp isn't on in this picture I took it off before I took the picture)

You need to really push the charge pipe into the intercooler. You will feel it click in when its actually seated. You can push it in and it will look like its fully seated but tryst me it needs to go until it clicks. I had the same issue the first time I swapped an intercooler on one of these.

I'll be "That guy" why not just upgrade the intercooler to an aftermarket one? You will have a more secure connection and keep the IATs cooler in that Texas heat.

He doesn't need an intercooler upgrade just to attach the thing properly...

Make sure it's actually locked! then put a clamp over the c-clip so it never pops off again.

I had same issue. You really have to work it into it until the whole metal thing is all inside.

Keep the C-clamp closed before pushing it on. You'll hear it click when it's in-place. That'll tell you that it's fully engaged.

I found using quick detailer as a lube and some gentle persuasion with a channel lock pliers helped a lot in this situation.

If you are going to run 19 PSi of boost, seriously just go for an upgraded one

In your Texas area I'd recommend going for the 7.5" Competition, you guys surely get a lot of heat soak.
