Halogen reflector out of place

I noticed one day that my high beams are aimed lower than my low beams on my right side (which shouldn’t be possible?). Upon further inspection, the halogen reflector seemed to have “moved” within the headlight. Pictures below comparing right and left headlights. (Right headlight has some dirt near the bottom of the reflector)

Any ideas on how to fix this, sans headlight housing replacement?

I don’t know of any way to adjust the DRL or the high beam light
