I cannot do this at the moment
-Increase brightness of DRLs and Keep them constantly bright - is this noticeable I didn't know they dimmed? Can be done. It is better to get this done if you have white LEDs.
-Increase volume of your OEM security Alarm
Depends if yours is not already on maximum, then it can be done
-Add High beam flashing with your security alarm (park the car directing your windows of home and if alarm triggered, it will flash high beams to your windows)
Can be done

-Mirrors folded with keyfob - not sure on this
If you have folding mirrors, then it can be done
-Disable seat belt reminder / chime - I have the bong noise would like it off altogether
Can be done

But mostly I'd like the obd port moved / disabled
Can be done

Sorry posts so long if you could get back to me with price and a day we could meet I'd like to get the obd done asap
Will,
contact BMW or your dealer to update your software first and then get the car coded.
About OBD, you could go for it now, or after software update.
You have less than 5 posts (personal messaging is off) so I cannot contact you.

Just had Makkan do some coding for me:

1. Air conditioning not on by default when selecting auto option on climate control
2. Mirrors fold with remote
3. Instantaneous speedometer
4. Comfort windows
5. Windows active for 1 minute after engine off
6. Press and hold stop button to release key
7. Panic alarm enabled
8. Door lock button works without key in ignition

Very happy with the service and he's a really good guy.

Thanks Makkan

On the digital display it gives you your current speed. So for example on the way home last night I had the cruise control set to 50mph but my instantaneous speed showed I was actually doing 48 even though the speedometer showed 50. It must get this speed from the GPS rather than the wheel sensors.

Mit, neither the speedo or the digital display are off the GPS. Basically, you can code the car to show the corrected speed (ie +10% or whatever it is that the EU suggests that speedos should show) or true speed. Generally the car will come coded to corrected speed (on the speedo) and when you code the digital speed, it is usually uncorrected (ie true wheel speed) unless you specifically activate the BC_DIGITAL_KORREKTEUR (I think) line.

Make sense?

Yep, but in that case is there a way to get the speedo to show the true speed and not the EU corrected one?

As far as I know you cannot code OEM speedo to show you true speed and that leaves you to have it turned on only for digital speed display.

You've got two options in the KOMBI module.

BC_DIGITAL_V_KORREKTUR - which obviously corrects the digital readout, and

BC_V_KORREKTUR - for the speedo.

That said, I've not actually tried it. I like the over read as default with the option of looking at the real speed on the digital display. It's bloody accurate too, always bang on with my TomTom.
