BMW did not included them even though the N54T uses the same HPFP as the N54.
Hmm, I just had my 2011 335is hpfp replaced at the dealer under warranty. Were all the “is” cars designated N54T? Maybe I just got lucky or something but this does not sound right. I’ll check my paperwork. Could be they used the emissions warranty to get it done.

Has anyone noticed a sudden increase in oil consumption? After 30k miles that I've owned the car (60k total), where it would use 1/2 qt. in 10k miles, all of a sudden the car sucked down a qt. in less than 1,000 miles. The current change has less than 7K mikes on it and the CBS sez it ican go another 12K miles to a change. I've never let it go beyond 10K miles and am currently driving like an old lady.

Could it be bad turbo seals? Or, more likely, the PVC valve. Enquiring minds want to know what the collective experiences have been. It seems to me I heard earlier That the turbos were warranted to 110K miles, but haven't seen that in my on-line BMW page.

Bought a Gem - w/new car smell still included!

Proud to be a 335is owner!
Gentlemen passed away and car sat for a few years being driven very little. Payed 25k for this 2012 manual w/nav. The kicker is it only has 12,500 miles on it!!
I just installed the RB PCV valve and BMS catch can.
Previously owned a 335xi that I modded pretty decently, and thought I would do the same with this, but the car is almost perfect stock, so she will stay mostly that way. Excited to be an owner of one of these exclusive cars. Cheers!

edf8fde's super clean interior post made me want to compare how different the new BMW Performance SSK I installed looked. Shift is significantly shorter.

Here's some pics for anyone interested, BMW Part 25110434219, $65 on ECS.

Anyone have luck getting their turbos replaced under the 82k 8 year warranty on their iS? I have a 2011 iS and my wastegates are rattling at any point it is on. I have an appointment Monday so I guess if no one knows then I will find out soon enough and let you know. Just wanted to be as prepared as I can to talk to the service rep. I have 64k miles but my CPO warranty is up.

I didn't know there was an updated SSK that replaces our stock one, very good price though ...you think its still worth the hassle to replace?

How's the new clutch feeling btw, you end up going with the stock iS one right?

The Short Shifter definitely does it's job, only complaint is neutral is a little farther back as you can see in the pic. I wouldn't want it any shorter, I'm still getting used to it as it is.

As far as install, the interior stuff is easy, and the only thing you really need to do from the bottom is remove the "circlip" and slide out the shift rod. I think you could do it without removing the exhaust, but it depends on that center heat shield. Including replacing all the bushings, it probably added 30 seconds to the clutch replacement.

The clutch doesn't feel all that different. It has an auto adjuster to fix the pedal as it wears. The slip at full throttle is definitely gone though. I would say the only really tough part of the install was reaching the top two trans bolts.

Another proud owner of a 335IS!! I'm 7 months into my first BMW and a couple of hours into finally joining E90 post. I have to say, although I loved my TL Type-S and still miss it, the 335is is definitely a noteworthy UPGRADE. Here are some pics from when I first got it.

I've been looking at the BMW performance ssks for the 335is for a while now. But there has been conflicting info about fitment. I'm glad to see yours fit. I think you might have to rotate the shift lever 180 degrees to fix the problem with the lever tilting backward in neutral. Pages 1(4th post) and 2 on this thread goes deeper into the issue.

It contacted the shifter opening on my first try at 180* from the current install.

DSSR for 335is, does it fit ?

I have installed a SSK by UUC and it is really great: very short throw, but it is bit too notchy for me so went for DSSR as well (still by UUC). I didn't have any luck in installing the UUC DSSR in my 335is yet. The DSSR for the E90-335i model doesn't clear the drive shaft of the 335is, so decided to send the stock shift rod to Rob at UUC and have him duplicate the same curvature of the stock shift rod. See pictures at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...U5paXRJU2VBSGc

Now, the custom modified UUC DSSR clears the shaft but the car will not go in gear as it touches the bracket for few mm, as my tech explained me. Tech used to be the foreman at BMW dealer and knows E90 inside out so I trust him.

If any owner of 335is has successfully installed a SSK and a DSSR and is willing to provide details/help , I would be really grateful.

Thanks
-Roberto

wow, good to know about the DSSR issue.
I have the same kit with the DSSR but have not installed it yet.
I was planning to install everything while also doing the rear M3 diff conversion.
Interesting to see what will happen as the driveshaft has to be modified for this swap...

Awesome looking car! Any other photos? Don't see many BSM LCIs with the CF Lip.
