Transmission fluid type and Differential Fluid Type to Use

Double checking with those that are using SPEC Stage 3+ flywheel and SPEC steel SMFW. Are you using the stock BMW transmission and differential fluid or did you use a different brand? Looks like Red Line is a popular choice and it shows the recommended transmission fluid for a manual transmission in a 2007 BMW 335i is their D6 Automatic Transmission Fluid and for the differential it shows Red Line 75W90 GL-5. Any thoughts or recommendations?
