FS: Complete E9X Pre LCI OEM M-Sport DCT steering wheel

Guys,

Have recently upgraded to an M3 unit and no longer have any need for this.

I have for sale, a complete (don't really want to separate) steering wheel from my 2008 E93 335i Pre LCI M-Sport DCT.

It does have a bit of wear on the leather, but nothing excessive or out of the ordinary, no cracks or tearing or chunks out of it.
The trim also has a few marks on it around the buttons, from everyday wear and tear, which is typical of these trims. Has no cracks in it at all.

Steering wheel comes with:

M-Sport Wheel
M-Sport Trim
M-Sport DCT paddle shifters
Multi-function buttons
Airbag / Horn

Looking for $500 ono, plus postage.

A great upgrade for those with a steptronic, but dont have paddle shifters.
Plus its a thicker wheel and has a great feel to it.

Silly question, but are the DCT paddles a straight fit replacement for AT steering wheels?

Not too sure man.
May need a retro fit harness, but dont quote me on it.

If you currently have paddles then it is a direct fit. harness is only required if no paddles are installed.

I might be interested. Have an 07 auto with paddle shifters, will any coding be required?

Hey champ, if someone wants your wheel, I'll take the airbag, buttons etc. I bought an M3 wheel ages ago by itself and didn't realise it doesn't fit my non M sport apparently.

I have a guy that is interested in everything except the airbag, if that helps you. Trim and buttons shouldnt be too hard to come by on their own.

Your non m sport trim and airbag will fit Kent Most guys when upgrading to the M3 tiller change the trim if they're non m sport as they have that terrible steering wheel trim whereas the m sport is much nicer (without the chrome strip) the airbag will 100% fit though man

Shane, really?! I keep reading that non M sport wheels won't work, different airbag etc. My trim has a carbon fibre cover so looks great. Good news! Gojira san, if it doesn't work, I'll let you know and I'll buy that airbag

Thanks mate, haven't been in my car for 9 mths (apart from driving to the meet and dying lol) I've totally forgotten what my car interior looks like.

OP, curious, why did you buy the entire bag, trim, horn etc if you only needed to replace the steering wheel? I think I picked my M3 wheel up by itself for less than 300

I bought it because it was a good package price and the whole setup was immaculate.
