Correct rake with coilovers on E90 XI?

Found this thread where TCKline recommends .75 inch rocker panel rake for RWD or xDrive, but I'm curious if anyone else has any input... I just installed ST coilovers (fixed damping, adjustable height) in my E90 and want to make sure I get the best handling. Has anyone else experimented?

Bonus question, is there any difference for the wagon, E91? I'm wondering if I should adjust the height in my wife's wagon as well.

Measure from jack stands points, keep them level after a full tank and a bit of load. Having car squat in rear is bad for turn-in.
