shut down the car completely leaveit half hour then go back
it wil spew it out then mate carlos

Sounds like the iDrive needs a hard reboot. Switch off your car, exit, lock up and leave it for about 20 minutes. That will put the car into sleep mode and the next time you unlock it it will hard reboot the IDrive system.

Mine hasn't eaten any CDs or DVD but it sure loves to drink petrol.
