I wonder if they are are suitable for RHD cars. Also I think I read the E90 in the USA have different angel-eye design that aren't as pretty as the European style head lamps we get in Australia.

Mine are just pre-lci halogen headlights, that's why I tempted.

I read that these Depo are Euro-spec one, and guys in US have to purchase adapters for their turn signal. Still have to check on the RHD compatible.

i got a pair of them. mine is a LHD version so have to dip them right down. halogen lights with these housing does not put out enough light out-put at all. not sure how to fit HID to these. you do need to buy adaptors for indicator lights, got mine from bmw stealer for $40 a side, $80/pair.
The rings are lit by 4 t5 bulbs, therefore have light dots instead of whole ring, though in low lighting, the ring does show as a whole.
Was a waste of time really, don't have time to put oem back on.

Thanks for sharing your story. There are many DIY on fitting HID kit. Maybe you should check this kit out: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=436829
