^ +1 progress is usually a good thing. Do people over-react? maybe a little at times, but if you aren't excited with modding why do it anyway?

A placebo is a sham medical intervention intended to lead the recipient to believe that the intervention may improve his/her condition. In one common placebo treatment, a patient is given an inert "sugar pill" and told that the pill may improve his/her condition. The fact that the pill is inert is withheld from the patient. The intervention may cause the patient to believe that the treatment will change his/her condition; this belief sometimes causes the patient's condition to change, a phenomenon known as the placebo effect.

Shiv,
could you show Fuel Map and tell more about limits of values it will be possible to change in the map?
What changes will be in logging software? Any possibility of external WB usage?
Just curious about your software capabilities

I have a PROcede CANbus Rev 2 on a 2009 335xi. Do I still need to use doomsday map if I don't forget to clear the codes before service? Does it still has difference with nonDD and DD maps on the CANbus version performance wise?

Can't wait to try this new map this week-end!

Thank you and great work!

Question

Are the new maps going to be suitable for V3.2 non canbus as well?
If they are compatible with Rev1 I guess it's so but just want to be sure.
Thanks for answering

Point is: IF the dude said Rev 1 meaning V3.2 pre-CANBUS it's cool, I own a V3.2 pre-CANBUS so I'm gonna be ok.
IF the dude said Rev 1 meaning V3.1 pre-V3.2 I can't see how the maps possibly couldn't suit V3.2 pre-CANBUS since V3.1 is much older than that.
I mean, whatever he meant I should be ok. I'm just playing it safe 'cause since the first CANBUS maps came out he said "don't upload them if you don't have a V3.2 CANBUS or a V3.2 which was upgraded to CANBUS".
That's it

No problem

I should have new user software (with new user adjustables) posted up soon. I don't have a fully installable version ready to post. So, in the mean time, you can keep using the current version.

Cheers,
shiv

Wanker is a pejorative term of English origin, common in Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and British-influenced territories like South Africa. It initially referred to an onanist but has since become a general insult. It is synonymous with tosser.
