How does this happen!!?! Paint cracked after dealer visit

Guys ive brought it up to bmw USA now. currently undergoing their investigations of bmw paint and i had an adjuster from them just come out to see the car. that is where it currently sits. apparently this is my hood, but the paint on it is defective.

Seen this happen before. If you drink PBR and eat taco bell for 5 days straight, then shit all over your hood, it looks like this.
