Are you talking about the different exterior parts that come with the M Sport package? I'd imagine you can buy that. You can find it here:

If you are looking for a third party body kit, buy a Honda or something.

Could always check with Revozport, Rieger, Prior Design, Kerscher, Arkym, I'm sure Im missing one of the good manufacturers. Pretty much can't go wrong with any of the ones I just listed.

Or I'm sure there is an option that is OE BMW as well.

No there are absolutely none. After looking in the Photos section, I can firmly tell you no one has modified these cars' bodykits.
