LCI front conversion with Pre-LCI lights?

Stupid question here...I keep getting conflicting info on. I have a Pre-LCI 2007 and want to do the front LCI conversion but want to keep the Pre-LCI lights. So basically I want LCI M3 hood and LCI front clip and want to take orange reflector out of my Pre-LCI lights and use them in conjunction with LCI hood and bumper. I saw a few post where Somone did this...saw a few posts where people say you have to replace the lights. Wich is true guys?

yeah what he said, they are the same size. i'm curious about removing the orange part in the headlights though. are you going to do that yourself or do you know someone locally who does that kind of work? i'm interested in doing that myself!

I did an LCI Conversion and you don't need to change the lights but honestly if you can afford to, you should, it really makes the look.

I did the conversion just a few weeks ago. You dont have to change the lights. You can even piece it together and itll fit without the full LCI Hood+LCI bumper at once. Everything lines up perfectly.

I'd definitely get the lights though, it looks so much cooler with the honeycombs turn signals and the eye lids.

You are trying to do a rear lci conversion also? iMO it doesn't look as good when you do a full conversion. It will just look if you do either side so it stands out.

Where did you get the lights? I would love to get rid of the orange. Your car looks great. I have been searching for a set but have been confused with so many post on the subject. My lights follow the path of my steering wheel so it seems to be difficult to find a set.

Thanks. I would stay with the m sport, can't go wrong with oem designs meant for the non m 3 series.

I got it done at a shop with LS3 angel eyes. Try calling OSS or Bavarian exclusive for the headlights customization and led angel eyes install.
