E92 AW - Gunmetal or Hyper Silver

After countless searches and reading various threads, I still can't make a decision. I have an AW 335 e92 msport, with black kidneys, trim, and gloss black roof.

At first I thought about black wheels but then i think it may be too much, and the wheels might not stand out as much. Currently stuck debating on either Gunmetal or Hyper Silver.

Thinking about a staggered 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 set up, along with the 225/255 stock tire sizes.

I was looking at either VMR v703 (VB3) or v710.

Any insight or examples on which color might look better on alpine white?

Hyper Silver for classic look and Gunmetal for a little more aggressive look. I think that black wheels have come and gone, especially on Non M cars.

Agree, HS for OEM + look or a darker color for more aggressive look. Yeah I'm over blacked out wheels now, you loose the wheels and details with it.

Thanks for the replies, and yeah good point that's what i was thinking too, the black on white seems really overplayed now. I'm leaning towards hyper silver VB3 or maybe Gunmetal v710 if I could find the right fitment for them
