This thread provides most all the info you need to find map stuff...

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53173

This is the current link for seeing the vessel in Southhampton and thereabouts...

http://www.ais-live.co.uk/AIS%20Live/aissolent.html

For the pic of the ship, I basically typed 'Don Juan' and maybe 'WWL' into Google and found it.

Cool... it's haulin ass! 24.6 miles an hour... or 21.4 knots as they would say. It would take forever to get anywhere if it didn't keep moving 24/7.

I noticed it took the site a few hours after 10am pacific to update that position... interesting.

haha.. you are hardcore man... I think time would go by faster if you didn't keep checking the "exact" location of the ship... that atlantic ocean will only start getting bigger and bigger

Long Beach - I live in the OC, but I didn't have a pleasant experience with any of the 3 dealerships there when trying to purchase the car. You?

I am tracking the Camellia Ace for a friend and the Hojin for myself. You should see Don Juan come up on the Panama Canal schedule very soon. Don Juan is just a day ahead of Camellia Ace, so "he" should reach the PanCanal about 4/14. See this schedule.

http://www.boydsteamship.com/daily_traffic_report.htm

All three of these ships are coming into port Hueneme within a few days of one another.

I am surprised Don Juan (love the name!) isn't on the PanCanal schedule already as Camellia Ace and Hojin are on the schedule. Camellia Ace is already in the Atlantic and Hojin is just going into Southampton right now. Neither CA or Hojin are on sailwx, so we aren't as lucky as you are. Anyways, keep an eye on the Boyd's PanCanal schedule so you know when to expect Don Juan in the PanCanal region. Once "he" reaches the PanCanal, these ships generally sit for one or two nights before going through the PanCanal locks. The PanCanal pilots only take them through the system during daylight hours because they are so big, so he will depart very early in the morning and reach the Pacific side late in the afternoon. You will be able to follow the ship through the canal system on the three PanCanal web cams. I have tracked a "ton" of ships through the PanCanal and it is a lot of fun to watch. It takes all day. Here is a map of the PanCanal system. The web cams are at Gatun Locks, Centennial Bridge, and Mira Flores Locks.
