Should I worry about this?

My completely stock Automatic 2011 335i started idle hunting a week ago when its hot out and the engine is cold. I had it in the dealership for a new inspection sticker. Not sure if they touched anything. I will go check if maybe they pulled the air filter and maybe did not get it sealed.

it kind of sounds like what happened to my car. i start my car in the morning and during idle rpm would go up by it self a lil and the car would shake a bit.
mine was the fuel pump. they replaced it and i got my back yesterday.
